New member of Customer Services

We're very pleased to be welcoming Heather Johnson to our Customer Services team here at DCS.

Originally from Reading in Berkshire, she has been working in this field since she left school two years ago, and is currently undertaking an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service - Heather's quiet resolve is sure to be an asset to the team! We wish her every success.
