Kate Ackrill, Customer Services Manager

Since joining DCS in 2003, Kate has been promoted to Customer Services Manager and is in charge of the team dealing with processing orders and after sales service. She has 12 year's experience in customer service, having previously worked at the Co-Op in Exeter as a checkout supervisor. Whilst at DCS, Kate has completed Level 3 NVQs in both Customer Service and Management and an ILM in Management. This training plus her determination helps Kate in her commitment to continually improve the level of service provided by the team.

Heather Johnson, Customer Services Advisor

Heather joined DCS in 2009; originally from Reading in Berkshire, she has been working in Customer Service since she left school three years ago, and has completed an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service since being at DCS. In her spare time Heather is an air cadet at a local squadron in Honiton where she has been attending for eight years. She is a very popular member of staff and her quiet resolve is an asset to the team.

Jon Martin, Customer Services Advisor (part time)

Jon has worked at DCS since May 2011. He took an apprenticeship in machine engineering after school and has worked in various job sectors including marine engineering and purchasing/warehousing. A keen sportsman, he has played cricket for 22 years (including 6 months playing in Australia), is currently the captain of Chudleigh Cricket Club and recently retired from playing Devon league football. Jon lives with his two children in Chudleigh Knighton.
