Customer Services

Kate Ackrill, Customer Services Manager

Since joining DCS in 2003, Kate has been promoted to Customer Services Manager and is in charge of the team dealing with processing orders and after sales service. She has nearly ten year's experience in customer service, having previously worked at the Co-Op in Exeter as a checkout supervisor. Whilst at DCS, Kate has completed Level 3 NVQs in both Customer Service and Management and an ILM in Management. This training plus her determination helps Kate in her commitment to continually improve the level of service provided by the team.

Heather Johnson, Customer Services Advisor

Heather joined DCS in December 2009; originally from Reading in Berkshire, she has been working in Customer Service since she left school two years ago, and is currently undertaking an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service. In her spare time Heather attends air cadets at a local squadron in Honiton which she has been doing for seven years. She is already a very popular member of staff and her quiet resolve is an asset to the team.

Tracey Partridge, Customer Services Advisor

DCS are pleased to welcome Tracey, who joined the Customer Services Team in July 2010.
